A subtle mind


I really enjoyed the subtle mind exercise. I found it hard at first, but got easier the harder I focused on my breathing focal point. This meditation is something I can see myself continuously doing. At some points, I did have thoughts or stress pop into my mind, but tried to avert my focus back to my breathing. The TV was on in my living room as well, so I had to transfer my focus a few times. With practice, I think that this will get easier.
