Choose Two Practices.....

The two practices that I enjoyed doing the most are the subtle mind and meditation. These two practices really help train the mind to be stronger. The subtle mind showed me that I am able to clear my thoughts and not have them interfere or disrupt my calmness. Meditation allowed me to focus on letting my mind go deeper in to relaxation and focus. In order to continue to do these practices regularly, I need to make them a priority. Setting asides time on certain days or every day will allow this to continue.

    I loved both of these practices too. I actually loved all of them! Lol. These two in particular are like you said good for strengthening that deeply quiet mind we all have deep within. Making them priority is most important for seeing results, best of luck with that. That's where I am at too!
